Objective

Qualifications

• The assigned employee to be the licensor, supervisor, assistant, and worker that are involved in confined space operations.
• The number of trainees in the theory and practical training must not exceed ........... Persons.
• Participants must bring a Medical certificate. The certificate must not be more than six months and must have a doctor state that participants can work in confined spaces.
